At Verity Labs, we stand by the quality of our fashion-forward designs and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that if your fit isn't perfect, we'll help you find the right solution quickly and easily.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
